A hands-on sensory mindfulness workshop led by certified aromatherapist Audrey Kholti. Explore essential-oil aromas, herbal teas, mindful breathing and create a personalised 10ml aromatherapy roll-on to take home. Wednesday 28 October, 10:30am–12:00pm at Water Garden, Tropical Spice Garden. Public RM60; Spice Fam RM45. Minimum two participants for the session to proceed.
